I am was planing to create website but i dont how to create website with low cost.

I am ready to spend money but not to much so please tell me is there is any way to do this.

For new customers, both Godaddy and Bigrock have .in domain at 99Rs. pricing. So, now you just have to buy hosting which could be free or paid.

You have some option depend on what you need:

1. You can make website on blogger.com, it's easy and always free. Unfortunately, you can just edit its template (HTML, CSS, and JS). No PHP or server side programming that you can modify

2. You can choose a free hosting provider and free domain name, then you can make website with CMSes like Drupal or Wordpress with that free hosting. It will give you more power to modify even the source code of your website. And still no need money for this, except if your site reach the hosting limitation.
