Why the last line of a file is printing 2 times in the compiler screen? (N.B: Please run on PC)

Take a file on pc where the code will be put. Write and save the file:
Name: X Age: 40
Name: Y Age: 50
After running why does that happen?

Another question : if i read an integer value starting with 0 by scanf And then I print the integer by fprintf function, then in the file the integer does not start with 0. Why?
