Take Google for example. When you search something in the navigation or search bar, Google is taking your query, and finding the most relevant websites or files on the accessible internet. This will create an index of websites, ranging from a few to tens of thousands of results, on a basis of relevancy and related search terms. For example, I look up "html." What Google will do, very quickly, is use that search term and compare it with data of the internet and compile a list of websites and files based on how relevant my search term is to a webpage or file. Sololearn may come up. W3 may show up. A Wiki page on HTML may appear. That is what it means. If I misinterpreted the sentence, don't hesitate to tell me. Otherwise, hope this helps. -SK
