This will create an index of websites, ranging from a few to tens of thousands of results, on a basis of relevancy and related search terms.

For example, I look up "html." What Google will do, very quickly, is use that search term and compare it with data of the internet and compile a list of websites and files based on how relevant my search term is to a webpage or file. Sololearn may come up. W3 may show up. A Wiki page on HTML may appear. That is what it means.
