Whats wrong with this code?

Question

I just started to learn cpp so I am still confused about this code.
I compared my two solutions (Python and cpp) and I think It is just the same, it just differs with the syntax and structure but somehow the cpp has still one test case failed. Can someone please tell me where did I go wrong or how are they different?
