What language is better for backend? Python with Django PHP Node js Ruby on rails Java

I'd recommend you Django cuz it's very easy to use and implement.. Node.js on the other hand is very powerful but complex to learn and not much developer community compared to Django.. The other Frameworks and langs you mentioned are not in demand in the Web dev world.. So, Django is highly recommended from my side.
