Html alone won't take a lot of time may be 5-7 days and you are done but learning CSS and JavaScript and other related things like PHP, etc will take a lot of time, to get perfection it will take more time, on an average within 4 to 5 months you will be able finish it.

Coming to ML, again it's very vast thing for getting started with basics it will take nearly 2weeks to get perfection and set basic concepts in your mind and to complete machine learning or to get atleast as a pro it will take nearly a year!

Python is again a general purpose programming language very easy to grasp the basic concepts. You can be familiar with most of the basics in just 3-4 days and if you have prior coding experience in C language then the python basics are piece of cake and you can do it in 1 day only.
But python is very very vast you can do lots and lots of thing and it's worth learning python to solve lots of real world problems easily.
Also sololearn provides the best head start for python, if you do it property I guarantee you that no one will be able to beat you in python basics amd some of the most used advance concepts too.

As python is very vast it will take you 1month time explore it and unlimited time to cover it. But surely you could do machine learning easily thorugh it and also you can integrate html with python.
