Why is SoloLearn automatically logging me out?

Question

I don't know why, but today, my account got logged out several times; my acc just got logged out automatically on the **web**. Is there a way to block that because I'm just lazy to log back again :D

This might be a new bug, maybe try these steps before reporting

ANDROID APP,
Make sure there is internet connection before opening the sololearn app. Turn on internet before opening sololearn.

Make sure any app is not clearing its data, automatically or manually

WEBSITE,
Make sure you tell the website to remember you next time.

Never clear cookies of that particular website.

If these do not make any changes.. You may report this to sololearn

Hasn't happened to me but doesn't sound too good for the SL UX.

I sent an email to SoloLearn, but I had to have evidence. Fortunately, automatically signing off thing stopped a little, so I don't have a piece of evidence to send. Thank you everyone and thank you to the SoloLearn mods and creates because this site is amazing!

Edit: I got the evidence now :D

12/18/2020 Update: Huh.... They keep logging me out automatically still.

01/05/2021 It doesn't log me out anymore! Thank you, everyone! I noticed that some people are having difficulties right now, so yeah. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
