"Winner gets ___XP " in challenges !

Question

How is this decided ?? I m at level 10 and challenged a level 15 guy and for my surprise it was shown that the winner will get 1 xp 🤔 sometimes challenging just one level up person gives 32 xp ,so I am just curious to know , how is this decided ??

I guess the win ratio of the opponent matters

It depends on the level of person in that perticular language instead of overall level.
