Haha, interesting to ask about "source code" written 180 years ago :D
At that time a "computer" was a very different concept in terms of hardware... and of course there were no programming languages.
Actually, Lady Lovelace designed an algorithm that could be used by one of the first computers. This machine was designed by Charles Babbage, but it was never actually built and tested, well until the end of the 20th century!! :) So all Lovelace's work is purely theoretical, and mathematical. But if you are really interested, you can find the publication from 1842 here... be warned, it is quite a heavy read:
