& Moderator badge ,when and which city sololearn will conduct meetup?how do we will get to know about that??

You will have to be active and report their bugs, basically, you have to work for them.
Emma, Nancy Brown are few who got that useless badge.

May be they organize meet up to City which are capital of country.Like Delhi for India and Tokyo for Japan.
