It's never too late to start something. It will be late in the morgue, but for now everything is still ahead and depends on desire.

Phan Dinh Ky you could try
https://www.w3schools.com/js/DEFAULT.asp

Better way is to start with HTML and after with PHP.
For php will be needed basics from html.

Hello Phan Dinh Ky!
If you want to become a web developer I'd advise you to search for 'roadmap web development' on google or youtube.
The roadmap tells you what to learn in which order.
There's front-end, back-end and full-stack web development.
If you want to become a front-end web developer search for: 'roadmap front-end web development'.
Then you can start learning here, through youtube, w3schools and udemy. Wait for a sale to buy courses on udemy. They are available for about 10$ during sales.
Best regards and good luck!

Phan Dinh Ky you're welcome.
For front-end web development start learning HTML, CSS and then JavaScript.
After that I'd recommend looking into Sass, Flexbox, React, Bootstrap and basic back-end.
Traversy Media talks about this in depth in his YouTube video "Web Development In 2021 - A Practical Guide".
Check out the free app Mimo as well.
Good luck learning 🍀

Hello @Phan Dinh Ky!
I can recommend the following websites or apps as JavaScript learning resources (not in a particular order):
SoloLearn, Youtube, Udemy.com, edX.org, Mimo (app for the phone), Stepik.org and the before mentioned w3schools.com.
They're all free except for Udemy, but you can get every course for 10-12 bucks if you buy during a sale. You can get JavaScript courses there or Web Development (Bootcamp) courses which not only include JavaScript but also HTML and CSS.
Good luck and best regards ⭐️
