What to decide! HTML is the backbone of Web go and start it after HTML, start CSS for be a great designer and start Js for behavior , in Start of the course it is written that how does modern web development happens

It depends on what do you want to do. If you want to become webdeveloper than start with HTML after that CSS and JS. If you want to write games than C or C++. If you want to make AI than try Python. So first check on google som informations about different lnguages and decide what do you want to do and stick to language till you can write good code.
