At what level am i when i finished a whole course?

Hello.
Last week i started with the python 3 course here.
I already finished about 20%.
My plan is to finish this whole course and learn Java and C++. Also the whole course.
My question is, at what level am i when i finish a whole course.
What am i able to code then?
And when its not a high level then, where can i learn advanced coding?

Do i have to study to learn 100% of it or are there any online advanced courses or books?
