Problem with SoloLearn

Question

I have the problem, that i can’t use the Messenger function. It says that I shall activate my profile and that I’ll get a email with the instructions. After two days I still don’t have the email (and yes it’s the right email). I read some other discussions on the forum and it seems like i am already activated.
But I still can’t use messenger
Do you know the solution for my problem?

Increase your level, complete some courses and solve problem.

I think after leveling up it will be unlock. You are at level 6 make it more than 10.

you must have your account activated for a month before unlocking messaging.

You need to be atleast level 6 before you can use it. In my case it worked when I got onto level 3 tho.

Ohh😞 stop this... even player who got platinum status faces this bug🤣🤣... If you need to say something.. go to his/her profile... visit a code... and write your problems there... I mean in comment section..
