Why GitHub say 404 page not found

Question

Last time I did 2 websites upload on GitHub now it say 404 page not found I try it for last 2 days with d/f method I waited for 24 hours try http to https Use d/f name etc. . Pls help me
👉if you now another method to upload with minimal effort suggest me Tanks

Maybe you're using the wrong link. At least on your profile you used a wrong link. You GitHub username seems to be twebsiteup not tadiwos-stack.

It's solved the answer is change index.html.htm to index.html and merge htmk CSS and js file in one
