i am learning c++ and html at a same time. Is there any kind of problem to learn two language at a same time??

There are problems, yes. Advantages outweigh the problem however. C++ is a good language for enhancing dynamic programs while HTML is good for markup of same programs. You have an upper hand taking the two by the horns. keep it up

HTML is not language and you can of course to combine HTML with C language.
