a lot... but at least: client side: html, css, javascript server side: at least one server side language + a web framework (to handle requests/responses), database handling (sql), network skills... but, along with, you must know or be able to quickly jump to any client (eventualy server) sided frameworks, and be adapatable to any context of application....

Full Stack Developer just means: "[...] a person who can develop both client and server software." as W3Schools.com said. So you should be able to learn and apply languages, concepts, etc. from both areas (like Looper said). You should think for yourself what exactly suits you best and what interests you most.
