take courses with my spotty WiFi it's been off for most of the time for 3 or 4 weeks now. It is on now but no telling if it is staying on for long all the illustrations are missing when WiFi is down

For downloading it offline just go to any course and you see the menu from where it has written "make offline" just click on it and it's download the course for u

I guess you ask which programming languages can be run offline? Actually, all of them run on your computer offline.

Every course has the option to be saved offline.. also all courses have their repective apps on Play store too.. which can be downloaded and learnt offline.
