How To Access Excel File Through Java

Question

Hey there
I wanted a program that can read an Excel file.
for example In a sheet there are few Reference number of few people. What I want to do is , whenever I give a particular Reference number in the output, it should search from the excel file and give me details of the that particular reference Number.
