electron new window problem

hey

So for school we have to make an app using electron. But i have a problem.
Right now i'm trying to make a new window using a button click.
But i keep getting the error: Uncaught ReferenceError: require is not defined.

I have been looking up on google for a while and everyone says to put nodeIntegration on true. Which i did. But still doesn't work.
I have tried multiple ways to make a new window. Always the same error.
