I want to develop android mobile application for learning language using gamification. But I don’t know where to start and how to do it. Is there any method or tool I needed first

So you are about to get into mobile game development. But don't know where to start.

All I can say Is learn c# and start using unity game engine.

if you really don't have any ideas about what is c# and unity, all you have to remember is just few things :

1.unity is game engine
2.c# is a programming language used in unity
3.more easier learning curves
