Do anybody have an explanation on how html is not on the playground?

It is! HTML is in Web code, along with CSS & Javascript. Create new code, and choose Web from the category list.

It's Web. Because, HTML is Only HTML Alone. But, Web Is HTML, CSS, and JS Makes A Website!
