Question

How to make a programming language ?

I just want to make an application that will understand what i am writing based on what I have programmed it to understand and does what I have programmed it to do .

I want to be able to use it to make new programmes .

In other words I want to make a customized version of C++ which only i could understand and use since no one else knows what word means what in it .

is it possible? or am I asking a lot ?

pretty much anything is possible in programming. I imagine it'll be hard though. heres some off wall suggestions other than making a language:

make it analyze text and have it figure out the goal and how to achieve it with what it can do

make a program maker, or even a menu of choices for it to generate the program off it

use neural networks with deep learning. when you have a goal but don't know how to achieve it, neural networks are pretty good at figuring it out. I imagine success to be limited with it though

but yes what you said is possible and has been done before
