Code blocks isn't working at all!?

Whenever I try to code in code blocks it asks for GNU GCC compiler!
Where to download it from

you have to download the complete package when you download code::blocks

http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads/26 download this version if you have windows :

codeblocks-16.01mingw-setup.exe

this is an installer and it will install the code::blocks ide and GNU/GCC compiler
