How to install GTK-4

Question

I'm trying to install gtk-4 for C/C++ in LINUX.

I have tried "apt install lib-gtk-4"
https://www.gtk.org/docs/installations/linux#installing-gtk-from-packages

But I'm getting error
"No installation candidate found"
I have updated and upgraded mine Linux but no use.
I have tried installation on
Parrot sec OS
Linux Mint

Does anyone have installed gtk-4 on LINUX ??
