can i develop apps using python?

python is one my most favorite language. can i develop apps using it?

Depends on what you are looking for.
You can do webapps with Django or Android apps with Kivy, for example.
Bear in mind though that universality comes for a price. More advanced or platform-specific tasks can be less efficient (though still doable) with Python than, let's say Java.
