Android studio data base quiz, I cant find the files

Question

Hello I have been going over android studio for a while . I understand how to read the files from the android app however I cant find the data base.
Example: lets say I downloaded a quiz from git hub, and I want to use the architecture to make my own quiz.
I plan to replace the data from the downloaded quiz and add my own questions.
I don't if the questions are downloaded in an api and are sitting in the database which I cant see. maby because I need data base viewer.
If some one can help me I would be really grateful .
