Uh Huh... The problem that you are facing doesn't depend on where you are coding. So please, change the title of your question to your actual problem.
Back to the topic, SoloLearn's editor doesn't support multifile projects. You need to upload your images in the cloud. Please use the search bar as similar questions already exist.
Secondly, to test your code in desktop mode, either use Dcoder or TrebEdit as Eashan Morajkar said. Thanks!

To use you IMG tag your image should be in the same folder as your file
+ 5
Or you can give the full path to your image. to do that I will assume that you have made a folder in your internal storage and in that folder is your image. so it will be
"/sdcard/folder_name/image"
where the first "/" is the root folder "sdcard" is internal storage, actually you only need two
"/sdcard" now add your folder or direct image name.

What editor are you using
+ 3
Use trebedit it will show your webpage once you tap on the play button

And also it has open in browser facility. to open in browser after running your code in Trebedit on the top right there will be three dots , tap them and you will get the option "open in browser"

See once you save your file, it will be somewhere, now to make your files available to you easily I would suggest you to keep all html files in a folder and so you can save your image there in that made folder

I pick using PC because in my opinion, PC is lot easier to use compared for handphones, and you can easily write on PC (I think). But if you want to use handphones, go on. It's easy using handphones, too.

I'm mainly using the code playground available on this application. I've tried other apps too but It'll take some time for me to use them and they aren't as good as the one available in this app.

I recommend you to code multiple files project on your PC.
You can try small programs or HTML CSS design in mobile phone.

Vrajesh Sulakhe (Robotics ♾) décoder is good it only requires internet connection, that's why I don't use it because if you're on phone it needs to be portable so I only use offline IDE
