the url of certificate has a pattern.
first num is your id, second the id of the course(i think)

retrieve and save and display it.

also, the image is displayed in output thanks to a special python feature in sololearn: output is done in html format, since an image file is saved inside it ^^

that was to support matplotlib image outputs in related courses (data science...)
