How do how do I code a gui in js

Ive been learning js for a while through codecademy im new to this app but I just cant seem to figure out how tk code a gui.

If you wants to do make GUI through web technology then HTML, JS and CSS at front end and js can be used at backend.
You can use electron with nodejs.

If you doesn't wants to use web technologies then look at GTK framework
