How to create a website?

How should i make a website?which language is used in making it?please give some usefull suggestions ☺

two things are there in website. client end and sever end. client end done using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. server end you can use php or java or c++(they call cli) or c#

c++ is mainly used for designing programs. it is much easier to use html and css

You can easily make a website using HTML and CSS. If you want some nice animations or other fancy stuff, you can add javascript too.
