You shouldn't make the decision to learn a language based on whether a language is easier or more difficult. the decision should be based on your personal goal.

in a language the difficult thing is not the language but the boundless libraries that accompany it and the assemblies to be made.

then it depends on what you have to do with it. learning something that is not needed is of little use when it is not needed at all
