Convert US date to EU date

Question

Anyone knows what's wrong with my code? It just doesn't work in case 2 but the output that it's supposed to be is the same as the output of my code (my English isn't very good so I'm not sure if I said it right 😅) , so I'm kinda confused, my code works but for some reason it doesn't work in case 2 even if they have the same answer, can anyone help me please?

"Octouber" must be "October": there's an unexpected 'u' in your spell at this month name ^^
