What's the best programming language for game development?

I'm just a beginner at programming and I want to know what's the best programming language and the easiest for game development? Because I don't know what language to learn and i was learning python the other day and some say it's only for data science that's why I'm confuse what programming language should I learn.

And thanks for those who answer my question I really appreciate it.

Phython will do the trick but if you are looking to using game engines C# or C++ for unity and unreal but there are other engines that support phython but C++ has more advantages as it can be used to control hardware memory and so on

In C# and C++ which one is the easiest?because I want to learn the basic first
