Matching users through php

Question

Hey i would like to get help i want t make a user fill 1 box he writ 100 then he click a button match when he click that button the system will match him with someone else

that new person who is matched he will see the first person 100 amount and his number

Once perosn A is paid he user B can click another button i paid then user A also click i recieve button then user B will recieve 100 current_bal from user A
