Which language best to learn first??

Python, it's simple for learn the basics of programming (variables, functions, conditions, etc.)

depend what you want.

for web pages go for html, css than if you like front end javascript, jquery, if backend php.

if you want to program microcontrollers, raspberry and so, go for c, assembly, python...

Python is simplest for start just to meet the code. Html and Css even more cause they are not actually languages. Python can be used for programs on computer and so...

If you are going for Python i suggest you Python 3 rather than Python 2. they have few big differences... And 3 is new. But once you learn one you will know both of them, don't worry ;)

But again depends what you are interesed for mostly...
