how can i appear a form when i prss a submit button from an other form ?

hi guys ,

I divide the page in 2 ( right part and left part )
in the right part , i created a form , that when you FILL IN it and press on the submit button , an other litle form should appear under the first one and when you fill in it and press in the submit button
an other form must appear in the RIGHT part of the page

my problem is when i FILL IN the first form and press in the submit button , the other 2 forms appear just 11 second and disappear BUT when i don't fill in it (the first form) and press directly on the submit button it works
