What are the best sources of learning android studio

I've learned kotlin recently and I like to do a project with android studio
Is there any source like SoloLearn to learn android studio for free?(with backend programming like PHP or Laravel)
Except android studio website

FRam ok that makes sense. It makes me really sad, that in the 21st century, such information is still not universally available 😥
And I have no idea what alternatives can be accessed in your country.

unfortunately developer.android.com and many others are unavailable in Iran.(except using vpn but Hardly.)
U.S. and European sanctions have cut them off. they're cruel

Yes unfortunately due to filtering Iranian people can't access to many websites and applications
