Horizontal line not working, help plz

Question

Why is my horizontal line colour not working? Also, the size inside and outside quotes produce the same results why? Also, what are the available colours, because there are a very large number of colours and naming each one and remembering is very hard.

Also, should we use <hr> or <hr/> for a horizontal line??

There is "color" not "colour"
