I want to learn dot net Framework and i don't know where i can start and what should i learn first for that framework please anybody help me Thank you.

Search the same on Google, youtube searchbar! You will find your answer.
There are several video, blogs, playlists etc for free and paid too.
I don't think Sololearn officially have .NET framework course.
