Si there any specific app to code for github using python???

I want to create my own respiratory in github bit first I need to learn basics but I'm not sure which version of python to learn is there any separate Lytton used for coding in guthub??

I don't know what you mean by "Lytton" but Python is just a programming language like any other. You can put every code you like projects on Github (as long as it doesn't violate law or terms of use)

Github is just a place the store and share your code.

Github is used to store codes.
There is way to use its website and create repository and add your codes. Or you can use CMD, terminal or similar... Check its site to learn more about it.
Also version of Python or any other language is not important.
