Multi-Dimensional Arrays // Output

Hey guys, i had to write this code in a C++ lesson. I have two questions:

- is there a way to combine the nested for loops, so that i can change the arrays AND write the output in one nested for loop?

- how can i adjust the output to Write it like this:

111111
111111
111111
111111
111111
111111
