I started to learn c programming but after reading some article i got. To know c++ is fast language that is used in competitive programming tooo... So should i start c++ or c programming

All languages are independent of themselves you don't need to know C before C++ or C++ before JaVa. First, figure out what language you need to learn & why then invest your time in that specific language only. If you don't care about OOPs and like functional programming then go for C.

I'd say C, because C is the father of C++. Learn the fundamentals of the C programming language then advance toward C++ (C++ is good for object-oriented-programming).
