How to adjust elements position on relation to window size ?

Question

I have a giant letter that I placed on the right of my
website using relative position but when I make the window smaller you have to scroll to reach it . I want it to remain on the right when the window is large . and to go to the bottom of the page when the window is smaller . How do I do that ?

1) Create a boolean variable.
2) Verify the size of the screen.
3) If the screen/window is less than or equal to the dimensions of a mobile device make the variable as true.
4) If you are using Angular you can use ng-class or ng-style and apply two different styles based on condition
