Physics Concept
I am an elementary student and I wish to know how to calculate the distance travelled if only the value of displacement is given. Say, the displacement of a particle x =(t-4)^2. Find the distance covered by the particle in first 5 seconds if 't' is in seconds and 'm' is in meters. (Please read my question carefully, at first glance it may not seem to make sense, but a mathematics or physics major will understand what I mean)

Take two more Variables one for displacement and set initial value 0 and more for displacement (x)
Take a input time and calculate this expression
x=(t-4)^2
Store it into x variable simply apply formula u need to know basics about the data types calculate whatever you want

and it will be marked as off-topic as it is only to dicuss about coding.
