It's my final year and I'm very confused how should I prepare for these companies' exams.

Which platform will be good for preparing aptitudes , resoning and english for clearing these companies exams.

Plz guide me a path so that I can prepare myself.

Should I take subscription of coding ninja course???

No need to take subscription. Just see previous interviews questions / programming questions posted by other people. MNCs companies have few steps in interviews like

1 - Aptitude and Reasoning test to check your thinking ability and also to select best candidate
2 - after first steps they can have skills test related to programming
3 - Technical interview maybe 1 or 2 round
4 - There maybe GD also
5 - HR Round to check communication skills.
