Consider the following keyless encryption algorithm.

For each letter in the message, substitute the letter five positions ahead in the alphabet (consider a circular alphabet, i.e., the letter following the 'Z' is the 'A').

The algorithm for deciphering is to run the same algorithm but returning the letter five positions earlier.

Define the encodeCypher1 and decodeCypher1 functions that implement the described process.
