Judith The OP created their account only 1 week before, the messaging function unlocks after some weeks to reduce spam.
If you can't send messages, send a bug report to sololearn and hope they fix it

There's a feedback option above the settings in the app. Or send an email at [e-mail]: Use the mailing address that is connected to your account, mention your profile id and describe the problem.
