If you will die in the Metaverse, you will also die in the real world. So, I say a big No-No!

Basically, it's just virtual reality, but in a higher scale. Nevertheless, it won't feed you when you're hungry, nor heal you when you're sick. We already got a bunch of people who name themselves antisocial and stay indoors looking at their screens scrolling down like zombies. So, nope, i don't think it's any good for the future gen.

Kazi Akib Ahammed not really. I don't know what should be made for next gen. Most of the people sit in their bed all day long, except when they need to eat and pee. Maybe if a workaround for these are found, we'll no longer need to get away from our beds 🤣
Seriously thinking (in a way i like to, atm), we should reduce those things that give easy dopamine floods inside our brains. People get easy dopamine stimulated by drinking, smoking, playing video games or scrolling down on YouTube so that their brain doesn't appreciate the dopamine that it gets after a good workout, learning something new or helping someone. We definitely know how to do this, but that'd break a lot of businesses so most probably won't happen. Optimistic ideas are appreciated if any ;)

actually it depends the way people use 🧐

Ayşegül KADİROĞLU But These social ills plague us psychologically. Those media has great algo and control our mind. So what can you should do to break this cain for come out .

Kazi Akib Ahammed We need self-determination* in ourselves so they cannot control indirectly our minds. The problem is actually not breaking the chain, the problem itself is how we behave and even we can do pretty good things in metaverse and beyond that maybe one day.

Ayşegül KADİROĞLU I respect your think but at the end of gen; this era basically change our real
Life one day.
Note: Technology has given us speed but has taken away emotion;

Kazi Akib Ahammed and Rishi emotionally exactly I agree with you both but we're human not a machine we have our limits and a capacity <-
our emotions not*

Ayşegül KADİROĞLU no, our emotions too have a limit. I guess you've never encountered a situation where you'll yourself see that your emotions hit the ceiling, you'll realise it when you get into that situation someday :)

Romeo Cojocaru I agree with you.

adding to what Rishi said, it will be easier for companies to get biometric data from us.

I think that the Metaverse and similar themes (AR, VR, AI) are a good thing! They make our lives much better and easier. It gives people time for anything: career development, new ideas, creativity. All the things that a robot or an artificial environment cannot do.
In defense of Metaverse, I can say that I met a lot of very cool solutions for e-commerce, which allow you to try on furniture in your interior. And you don't have to leave your house! This is great, a pure time saver! Here is one for example https://zolak.tech/
