You learned about Html,css and Js now you can go for PHP and also for libraries like Jquery(for JS) and Boostrap(for CSS)

Dont be confused bro....Jquery and Boostrap are libraries which help you to do JS and CSS easily so you can learn them at first of you are interested more in logic and designing...
